The Sugar Sack

I've always been a spontaneous person. In fact my nieces and nephews sing a song they wrote about me being spontaneous when they want to do something on a whim. In all honesty, some of my most memorable experiences have been unplanned and unscheduled. Fast forward to 2020...having left my executive job a few years back to focus primarily on my family I began to wonder what else I was supposed to be doing. Of course I loved being at home with my husband and son but something was missing. I decided to spontaneously take a cookie decorating class that one of the awesome "cookiers" (yes that's what we call ourselves) in my area was offering and I was immediately hooked. The rest is history. The Sugar Sack is a home based business specializing in creating custom decorated sugar cookies. These cookies are a labor of love and we wouldn't change a thing. We enjoy being a small home business that buys locally and sells locally. There is nothing like seeing the excitement on your customers face when they receive the cookies that were made especially for them. I love to create, bake and decorate cookies and feel very blessed to be able to do what brings me joy. All cookies are created in our home kitchen and are butter vanilla flavor with vanilla icing that has the slightest hint of salted caramel. On occasion we do offer some special flavors we know you'll love.
